Established in 2013, Websterbilt started as carpentry specialists and quickly expanded into a full-service design/build, general contracting, and project management company. Our hands-on experience gives us a keen eye for structural design and finishing touches, allowing us to manage timelines and details that set your project apart. We prefer to get involved early, working with design and architectural professionals to meet your vision and budget.

We also undertake our own design/build projects, giving us a competitive edge in land selection and home design. With ten years in southern Georgian Bay, we've built strong relationships with top trades and suppliers, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality craftsmanship.

About Our President

Since Marty was a young boy, he has been drawn to construction and had a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Early birthday gifts were tools and materials; he loved planning and putting things together. Through high school and university, he worked most summers for custom builders and construction companies, and between his third and fourth years of university, Marty started his own company.

Growing up in London, Ontario, after finishing his post-secondary education in Business and Psychology at Wilfred Laurier University, Marty moved his business up to Creemore and never looked back. Marty has built and sold a couple of his own homes, which has helped catapult both his design/build sensibilities and get his business into a higher echelon of building with our clients.

In his personal life, Marty enjoys hiking the area, playing golf at Mad River, and skiing. He has always had a deep love of music and the guitar. He’s also the dog dad to two beautiful Bernese mountain dogs, Scout and Cash.

Our Process.

We are happy to help you shape your ideas for a property or acreage you own or assist in the search for a property you wish to acquire to build your dream home. We can help you navigate early questions pertaining to site access, conservation authorities, and development charges in different townships, as well as assess different challenges associated with different lots or houses before you purchase them.
We love to build unique and well-thought-out spaces, which start before a shovel hits the ground. Let us assist you and/or your team of design or architectural representatives in ensuring we can deliver your design vision, floor plan flow and general aesthetic at a price point you’re comfortable with. Value engineering can be very effective at this stage while maintaining key elements. We can also assist you in selecting design specialists or offer our design recommendations. At this point, we will present you with a general budget for your project.
All projects involving subcontractors will be tendered to select the most qualified suppliers and prepare a comprehensive budget for your plans. We pride ourselves on coming in on budget and on time!
After the design and budget are approved, we will submit all required permits to the town, conservation authorities, development corporations, or other regulatory groups.
With over ten years in business, we have established excellent relationships with a diverse set of trades and suppliers, ensuring your project runs efficiently and delivers only the highest quality results. We have an in-house staff of carpenters who can handle everything from the framing stage to the finish and labourers to fill in the gaps between trades. We also believe in an open book, real-time accounting so you are aware and in control of where your project sits relative to budget and scheduling along the way. We can handle all aspects, from site preparation to turn-key construction.
We carry a 5 million comprehensive insurance policy, are WSIB compliant and are registered with HCRA.
